If you are a chocoholic I guess chocolate should be in a cheesecake!!??
Chocolate Cheesecake
1/3 cup melted butter
1-¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
3–8 oz. Packages of cream cheese at room temperature
1–14 oz. Can of sweetened condensed milk
1–12 oz. package of semi-sweet chocolate chips that have been melted
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
Combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar
Pat the mixture firmly in the bottom of a 9” spring-form pan
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy
Add the condensed milk and beat till smooth
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into the prepared spring-form pan
Bake for one hour and 5 minutes or until the cake springs back when it is lightly touched
Cool to room temperature then chill the cake in the spring-form pan before removing the outer ring
